How do you pack and ship the products?

* Normal : Inner packing is Plastic film→Kraft Paper, outter packing is carton, OEM : Pearl cotton→Plywood Box,etc.

* 100% test before delivering goods.

* Item shipped in about 15-30 working days against payment depends on the quantity .

* Tracking number will be sent to you as soon as we ship the products .
* Our sales team is able to arrange the shipment that you need for you .

* Express delivery, Air transportation or Ocean shipping are acceptable according to the demand.

What is your shipping and your sample?

1. Payment Term: T/T 40% deposit after order confirmed, the balance after goods ready before shipping.

2. Type of Shipping: main type by sea, also can meet your requirement.

3. Sample Policy: Samples are always available for each model. Samples can be ready in 4~7 days once payment received.

4. Sample Charge:  Samples we charge 3 times, if the order we will return charge more for samples.

5. Freight:  According to Gross Weight, CBM, type of shipment.

6. Discounts: We offer discount for big quantity.

1. Can you supply OEM service? How about the mould cost?

    We can supply OEM service. The mould cost is from 150 USD to 420 USD.

2. Can I get the mould fee back?

    You can return 100% mould cost when the order quantity reaching 30,000 meters.

3. Can we have our own logo or company name on the products or package?

    Sure. Your logo can be putted on our products by sticker, and if the cartons printing needed to be customized,

    please send us the artwork and detailed requirements by email or TM.

4. Which payment method your company used?

    TT,LC,Paypal,Western union are welcomed. 

5. How many kinds of stainless steel(Aluminum) products you have? 

     We have more than 200 stainless steel products, 500 aluminum product, All the colors, lengths, widths,

     thicknesses are diverse and also can be, customized as you required.

6. How much the transportation freight will be for the samples?

    The freight depends on the weight and packing size and your area.

7. How can I get some samples? Free or not? 

    We can send you the catalog first ,then you can choose the products you interested in.
