Features

• Insert Heel Liner inside the back of your shoe to improve the fit and cut down on irritation.
•  The Heel liner is thin enough to fit into most women's shoes, even on the tongue of a shoe that might bother the upper foot and prevent shoes from rubbing sensitive heel area. 
• It is made of soft PU Gel, a natural, washable and reusable substance.
• Adhesive back holds heel liner securely in place.
• Design eliminates heel slippage, rubbing and chafing.
• Hypoallergenic pad won't irritate sensitive skin.

How to use

1. Cut to fit your feet size if applicable
2. Wipe inside of shoe clean
3. Peel cushions off protective film,
4. Insert into front of shoe smooth side down with the pointed end facing the heel.
5. Washable re-usable non-slip grip to stay firmly in place.

• When you are not using it,please dry it in the shade place.
• Do not solarize too much.
• Strong surface viscosity, you can use it many times which only need to be cleaned with water when it’s dirty,the paste is still unabated and sticky.
