Application:
Linear Vibrating Screen Sieve is generally used to sifting the material of non-sticky and dry powder , 0.074-5mm size, less than 70% moisture content, etc. Maximum feed particle size is not more than 10mm.
It is made up of vibrating motors, screen box, hopper, vibration damping springs and the support. Thesurface of linear vibrating screen can be inclined installed, and the inclination angle is 10°~15°.
Construction : This equipment is mainly composed of screen box, screen frame, vibration motor, supporting device.
1) Screen box: mainly welded by Q235 plain carbon steel, also can be welded by various kinds of stainless steel according to customer's requirement.
2) Screen frame: screen frame can be made by carbon steel or stainless steel
3) Vibration motor: two sets of horizontal vibration motor installed in the equipment as vibration source, can produce exciting force to adapt to different requirements by adjusting the motor eccentric block at both ends
4) Supporting device: including supporting springs and supporting frame which welded by iron channel. Inclination of the screen can be modulated by changing the height of support legs.
Linear vibrating screen Working Principle:
linear vibration screen is used as a source of vibration excitation by vibrating motor, so that the sieve material being thrown up and forward for linear motion ,in order to match reasonable sieve.There are several balls on the bottom of screen frame hit each other when vibrating, which can clear screen and avoid blocking effectively .
