PCX sand crusher has been developed and improved by incorporating the advantages of the technology from both and home and abroad, based on the single-stage (counter-attack) impact crusher so that the structural design can be optimized. It is applied in crushing various mid-hard solid materials such as limestone, gypsum, clinker, and mixed materials in cement industry as well as calcium phosphate, dolomite, pearl ore and so on. It also can be used in construction equipment, chemical fertilizer, mineral dressing, fire-proof material and so on.

High efficient fine impact crusher is widely applied in sand crusher plant to produce artificial sand. The product granularity is small (90% <5mm) in comparison with the ordinary single stage hammer crusher. The equipment investment is lower about 35~50% than that of the same scale traditional process. The charge of long-term movement is lower about 30% than that of the same scale traditional process equipment system.
