Double shaft mixer working principle:

Double shaft mixer has two synchronous screw shaft, each one provided with mixing paddles. The water is added inside it evenly when transport dry powers, so that the dry power does not lift dust or leak water, this is to assure convenient load truck or other equipment.  AAC double shaft mixer is mainly used to transport dry powers and mix powers with water evenly. Mositure is controlled by adjusting valve to reach required specification.

Double shaft horizontal mixer is used to mix all kinds of powdery materials, that means it can produces all kinds of mixture of powdery materials. Its aggregate can be wet fly ash, calcium carbide slurry, phosphogpysum, sandstone, slag and so on. It is used in the production line of all kinds of standard brick, limesand brick.
