Structure:

That feeding part, rotation part, discharging part and driving part is the main part of the ball mill. And the driving part includes small drive gear, electronic control, reducer. Ball mill has two grinding chambers with wear-resisting lining which can be dismantled or changed through the ball mill hollow shaft.

Working Principle:

First of all, there are ladder liner or corrugated liner and different specifications of steel ball in the both of two chamber. What’s more, the first chamber get rough grind, and the second chamber get fine grind. When ball mill working, materials to be ground would go into the first cabin of the grinding machine evenly and spirally through the feeding hollow shaft from the feeding device. Steel ball at first along with the ball mill body due to centrifugal force and then fall down due to steel ball its own gravity, which will give the material a heavy impact and grind. And after so many times, the powdery materials will finally be discharged from the discharging grating bar to complete the powder grinding process.
