Diaper bags and pail liner are waterproof bags used to store dirty and soiled cloth diapers and keep any unpleasant odors inside. Diaper tote bags are designed for travel or when you are away from home. It is smaller than pail liner, and can usually hold 4-6 cloth diapers. The pail liners are much bigger and can easily hold 2-3 days worth of diapers.
