 Australia 1-2days,  To Middle East 2-4 days.

 Sea shipping:To Japan,Korea,Singapore 4-7days, To Asia 7-10 days, To South American 25-30days ,
To Europe 18-25 days , To Africa 30 days,To Australia 12-18days, To Middle East
10-18days. More 2-3 days for report custom before on the board.

3.  Warranty and Services:
Provide ODM or OEM services, if purchased from ZJ, conforms to the manufacturer’s specifications and will be free from defects in workmanship and 

materials for a period of one (1) year (12 months) from the date of original purchase. For warranty service, you must provide proof of the date of original 

purchase.. Should your ZJ printer prove defective during the warranty period, please call the ZJ Connection at (0086) 755-36956449 or webmaster(a) for warranty repair instructions and return authorization. A ZJ service technician will provide telephone or email diagnostic service to determine

 whether the printer requires service. If service is needed,

 ZJ will, at its option, exchange the spare parts without charge for parts or labor. If ZJ authorizes an exchange for the defective unit, ZJ will ship a replacement 

spare parts to you with your next order, and the broken printer or spare parts don’t need to be sent back to ZJ
