The main equipment for hot bottling machine is fully automatic washing, bottling and 3-in-1 machine, the assistant equipments mainly include back-flow can, bottle feeding flue and bottle discharging chain, additionally, such equipments as manual bottle feeding platform(or bottle arranging machine), automatic cap feeding machine(or cap disinfecting system),bottle sterilizing chain, buffering platform, cool tunnel, air drying device, lamp inspecting case, code spraying machine, labeling machine are installed according to client’s demands.

The equipment has advanced technology with bottle clamping, bottle shortage, cap shortage and overload alarm device with reliable performance, scientific procedures.

4. Working Process of Filling Machine:

1. The equipment conveys bottle to the star-wheel drive I through bottle feeding flue, and then to the bottle clamping mechanism of washing machine, the bottle clamping mechanism holds the bottle neck and overturns for washing the inside and outside walls of the bottle along the guide rail of washing machine.

2. The washed and dry bottle is conveyed to the star-wheel drive II,and then to the bottling machine through the star-wheel drive III,the bottle clamp plate may hold the bottle neck and the bottling value for bottling the machine along the guide rail.

3. After bottling, the bottle is delivered to the capping machine through star-wheel drive IV and star-wheel drive v, the bottle clamping plate of the capping machine holds the bottle neck for capping.

4. Finally, the well capped beverage bottle is conveyed to the conveying chain through star-wheel drive VI, finish washing, bottling and capping.
