Description

QGF barreled auto washing, filling and sealing unit  machine includes the water, dryer, filler and capper for the production of 3-5 gollon barreled drinking water. The washing process include alkal liquid inside and outside washing by dirty remover, inside washing by disinfectant water, inside and outside washing by pure water, the alkal and disinfecting water can be used cyclically. The whole washing, filling and sealing process is controlled by PLC, and has the safe device for interlock, singal and self-detection.

The whole unit is made of the stainless steel, meets the demands of food hygiene, with the feature of reasonable structure, easy in operation, exact action, It's the ideal equipment for the barreled water.
