A: We can provide FREE samples if clients can take care of the expressing freight.

So pls just provide your own expressing account (such as DHL, TNT, UPS etc.) for sample expressing freight collected. If you don’t have any, we’ll advise you to prepay the money by PayPal, Western Union or T/T, and then we send samples to you. The money can be refunded to you if you can place an order from us then.

6. Q: What about the warranty?

A: The warranty for No Asbestos Ceiling Tile is 10-20 years. We have special quality control systems and also can provide the QC Report to clients before shipment; we make sure all the goods sent out to customers are in good condition. If here has any quality problem; we will give replacement in the next order.

7. Q: How to pay for the products?
