Water mist can keep a long time in air and the cost is low, what's more, it can pure the air. The diameter of the mist drop ranges from 7um to 20um,and it could make denson fog than our FD and ED high pressure mist nozzle. The instant spray height is about 1500mm. In the breezeless or breeze state, it can reaches ten meters in height.Single nozzle's mist can spread about more 2 square meters.

 

The mist angle(30 degree to 170 degree) can meet your choose. With the filter fittings, the performance of blocking has been reduced .We can make the Impingement Misting Nozzle as your requirement, the smallest orifice is 0.10mm and the accuracy can be ±0.002. This technology have reached the world advanced level. Connector usually is 1/8" NPT, we also can provide you with 1/8" BSPT, and the metric system M10*1.

Material:body is stainless steel. Nozzle tip can be stainless steel inserted(NJ-S) or ruby inserted(NJ-R). Generally, NJ-S can meet your need, and its cost is lower. It can meet your requirement basically. In the hard occasion, you can use NJ-R, as the nozzle tip can stand the shock and friction result from the high speed flood. Thus the wear resistance of nozzle tip is prompted mostly, and make the nozzle has a long life. We advise that the most pressure used on the Impingement Misting Nozzle should better be 70bar and 100bar on the ruby, It will result the wear of the nozzle and lead the nozzle's life reduced, if the working pressure exceed the most .
