Performance characteristics:

1 for the horizontal type boiler packaged water fire tube boiler, natural refrigerant cycle.

By the drum, so the collection box, water wall components of the boiler heat exchanger system,mainly with the furnace water wall heating surface, part of the drum and the drum within the convection tubes.

Composed of five parts: This product factory boiler, flue, dust collector, pipeline system. The firstpart has been finished in factory, transportation to the installation site for assembly can, can greatly shorten the installation period, and can ensure the product quality of installation.

2 the design of advanced performance:

The main boiler heating surface tube using 20# for low and medium pressure boiler is made ofseamless steel pipe, boiler drum is made of special steel boiler. So the collection box is made ofseamless steel pipe.

3 boiler furnace arch with refractory concrete rammed into. After a long low arch, so good combustion, wings and side wall flue using refractory brick. Boiler front wall, back wall using general purpose refractory brick.
