1.Test platform USES: mainly used for various mechanical vibration test to detect and other products, fatigue test, matching, and other USES, test platform which can have holes and t-shaped groove, used for fixed workpiece, it can effectively isolate the vibration, after installation and test platform can effectively control the discharge of water and oil. Common test platform, such as: transmission experiment platform, instrument platform, motor test platform, etc.

 

2.Test platform material: high strength cast iron HT200 - HT300, and work of test platform for surface hardness is HB170-240, after two manual processing (annealing 600 degrees - 700 degrees and natural aging 2-3 years) using the product accuracy stability, wear-resisting performance is good.

 

3.Test platform specification: 100 mm * 100 mm, 4000 mm * 10000 mm, (special specifications according to buyer's drawings.)

 

4.Test platform Accuracy: according to the national standard metrological verification procedures performed, 0, 1, 2, 3,four levels
