2: What shall we do, if we need put logo on the caps?

Just send the logo by email, attached the picture by PDF or JEPG files, and inform us right color on the pantone, then job would be easily finished

 3: Price is a sensitive issue and how do you comment on your price level?

 Comparing with competitors, our product lines belong to middle level prices in high quality.

4: Do you have any better ways to quicken the delivery time? 

Since all process on after the approval of samples ,the quick-correct samples will certainly save much time ,From the past experience ,if the customers want to change the logos or designs after the samples done ,the repeat samples will take more time .so please ensure there are no mistake in the first time .

5: What is your policy of sample?

 Sample is free of charge, not include express fee. 

 6: How do you control your quality? 

 We have professional QC Staffs, there are 4 processes we focus our attention on

 A: Checking the bulk fabrics’ quality before production, such as fabric composition, color fastness of washing and light etc

 B: Checking the logos’ production, such as thread or printing colors, embroidery trim clean etc

 C: Checking the sewing process, seam properties, slippage strength, given seam strength, strength of attachment etc.

 D: Checking the finished caps and hats after steam ironing, but before packing

 7: What is your opinion for small orders?

 We can accept the min order quantity is 100pcs per color, except for some items have the min quantity limitation

 8: What about the shipping methods?  

DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, by sea, by air etc

 9: What should we do if we cannot find the right thing in your site? 

 Please contact us to provide your own artwork design we will give you a quotation about your design

 10:Have you ever met any communication problems with your clients?

 Of course we have. Because our clients come from many different countries and regions, and they have their own mother tongues, while those problems are solved successfully in the end.

 11:What can I do if something is wrong with my order?

 Please don’t worry and trust we are responsible partner who won’t leave these things behind. Meanwhile we need you to send us pictures so we can better check and know what the problem is, and then try our best to solve the problems effectively and pleasantly with you
