Just send the logo by email, attached the picture by PDF or JEPG files, and inform us right color on the pantone, then job would be easily finished.

 3: Price is a sensitive issue and how do you comment on your price level?

Comparing with competitors, our product lines belong to middle level prices in high quality.

4: Do you have any better ways to quicken the delivery time? 

Since all process on after the approval of samples ,the quick-correct samples will certainly save much time ,From the past experience ,if the customers want to change the logos or designs after the samples done ,the repeat samples will take more time .so please ensure there are no mistake in the first time.

 5: What is your policy of sample?

Sample is free of charge, not include express fee. 

 6: What is your opinion for small orders?

We can accept the min order quantity is 200pcs per color, except for some items have the min quantity limitation.

7: What should we do if we cannot find the right thing in your site? 

Please contact us to provide your own artwork design we will give you a quotation about your design.

8:Have you ever met any communication problems with your clients?

9: What can I do if something is wrong with my order?
