When you are ready to order, please contact us to confirm current prices, payment arrangement, availability, and 

delivery time of your medical equipment or accessories. Whenever possible, we request a hard copy purchase order to

 ensure that your order is processed properly.

2).What's your product guarantee?

Normally we offer 12-24months warranty, and lifetime maintenance. We can also extend the warranty time per client’s request. 

3).Does your product has any certificate?

 all our medical equipment is ISO approved, and some of them has CE certificate.

4).What's your payment terms?

We can accept T/T,Western Union, Money Gram, Paypal, Alibaba Trade Assurance 

5).What's your product lead time?

Normally all our medical equipment are in stock, so we can deliver goods within 7 workdays after receipt payment. 

6).How to maintenance the product if it has problem?

We have professional engineers,they will solve your problem by communicating with skype or phone. If the machine is totally broken and can not work, send it back to us and we will send a new one to you. 

 

Delivery detail:

1.We ship goods by UPS/DHL/FEDEX/TNT express which is door to door ,you no need go out can get the equipment, that takes 3~ 5 days to arrive;

2.We can also help you ship the equipment by air cargo which you need to go to Air port to take it home ,it takes about 2-7 days to arrive 3. If goods are large quantity and you not need the equipment so urgently , you can choose by sea to save some freight cost which takes about one month to arrive.
