Operate attention:

*  Before use, please check whether the voltage of power supply is in conformity with that in   data plate,and whether user's power switch and fuse are inConformity with the request of machine's power.

*  Test the bottom of rotating disk whether it's work or not,and try to adjust the Belt to best.

*  The water temperature is very important,it must 60-80°C,drop the poultry Into the water and give it stir, then pick it up after 5-6 min.

*  Remove the birds from the scalder and place them in the drum plucker.Turn on the plucker and the overhead water.The plucking is complete in 15-30 seconds.Turn off the plucker,then the water.The drum plucker will defeather 3-5 chickens or2 turkeys at a time.The operator may have to handpick a few remaining feathers.

Place the poultry in covered containers before transfering to the evisceration unit.

Attention

1. Equipment a leakage switch on the ground line.

2. Turn on the switch, and check if the machine running normally before using.

3. Wash the tube completely after using.

4. After long time using, please change the robber stick when they are wearing or as to ensure the working efficiency.

5. After a period of using, if the rolling disc become slower, it might be the belt screw track slip.Then please adjust the nut on the machine base, but note it can't be too tight. 

After work

1)It should be clean after finished work

2)For safety,the power swithes of motor should be higher than machine, and keep a Certain distance

3)It's replaceable when the plucker finger broken.
