1.The picture of   FeCrAl resistance strip

       FeCrAl resistance strip is    characterized by excellent oxidation resistance and very good form stability resulting in 

 long element life. They are typically used in electrical heating elements in industrial furnaces and home 

 appliances. FeCrAl alloys have higher service temperature then NiCr Alloys and much lower prices. 

 But they have lower stability and flexibility, easily to be fragile after a time circle.

1) The highest working temperature up to 1350  degree.

2) Longer working life,and better technical properties

3) Higher surface load.

4) Higher  resistivity.

3. Applications

 Resiatance  strip  is  widely used for making electric heating elements in home appliances and industrial furnaces. Typical applications are flat irons, ironing machines, water heaters, plastic moulding dies, soldering irons, metal sheathed tubular elements and cartridge elements.
