If the thermal resistance protection pipe sintered or electroplated certain anti-corrosion materials or the protection pipe made of anti-corrosion alloy materials is directly used, it has strong ability to resist the acid, alkali, salt corrosion. It can be applied to metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, machinery, dyeing, textile, pesticide and environment protection industries.
Anti-corrosion Material Performance
It adopts the hot melt sintering process. PTFE sleeve and the bolt(or flange) are well-distributed set to outer layer of the stainless protection pipe. The PTFE has excellent chemical stability, weather resistance, lubricating property, dielectric property, heat resistance and cold resistance. It is mainly used in the acid, alkali, strong oxidizer and solvent. The ANA glassy alloy material is composited to the thermal resistance stainless protection pipe by the plating process. It shows excellent corrosion resistance and good abrasion resistance to a variety of organic acids and most chemical media.
