Product Introduction

  Series SRMD digital pressure / differential pressure transmitter is based on the advanced, mature, reliable capacitive sensor technology in the world and combines the advanced monolithic computer technology and the digital conversion technology of the sensor.

 The core component adopts a 16-bit micro controller. Its powerful features and high-speed computing power ensure the good quality of the transmitter. The entire design framework focuses on reliability, stability, high precision and intelligent to meet the increased requirements of the industrial field applications. The digital signal processing technology is applied in the software, which makes it have excellent anti-interference ability and zero stability as well as zero automatic stable tracking capabilities (ZSC) and temperature automatic compensation capacity (TSC).

 The powerful interface function without manual operator ensures the good interactivity. The digital LCD gauge outfit can display three physical quantities: the pressure, the temperature and the current and 0-100% analogue indication. The key operation can easily complete basic parameter setting: the zero migration, range setting and damping set in the case of no standard pressure source. What’s more, it can re-calibrate the transmitter, which greatly facilitates the on-site debugging.

 S-PORT serial communication port communicates with the computer directly via a dedicated adapter module. The PC interface can complete more functions than the key operation. The dedicated RS485 module can realize the digital signal transmission or build the RS485 industrial LAN.

 The signal conversion, signal acquisition and processing and the current output control adopt the integrated design, which makes the structure more compact and reliable. The sensitive components have the same principle with the transmitter. They are stable, reliable and anti-vibration. They also have good interchangeability.
