During warranty time, if our product is broken, we will return the cost to you directly. However, if it's human damage, this doesn't work.

3. Sample policy

Sample order is supported. We don't offer free sample, however, we will return your sample costs in your formal orders. For OEM products, proofing fees will be charged, but we can also return, according to the order quantities.
