Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?

A: We are factory.

Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?

A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.

Q: Can you do customized logo and packaging?

A: Yes, we could do logo as your requirement, such as embossed logo, laser engraving logo, silk printing logo,

thermal transfer logo and so on. Any specail packaging with customized printing is available as well.

Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q. What about the lead time?

A:Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 3-4 weeks for order quantity more than our MOQ.

Q. What is your terms of payment?

A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages

before you pay the balance.
