 1, The machine tool is designed to be sepaerated from the cutting table, high quality got CE certificate. It adopt cantilever structure. X, Y axis ball screw via elasticity coupling connect with motor directly, reduce libration, get more higher transmission precision.

 

  2,  Load and unload workpiece from three direction. It solves the problem in overpass machine which can only load and unload the material from two sides and limit the dimension of the material while cantilever structure machine can hold workpiece larger than its work table. During running, it will not have the problem like two ball screws are out-of step, and it will not cause breakage of machine because of the unbalanced pressure on synchro strop, so it can insure the precision of cutting.
