Dried anchovy is a good source of calcium and protein. It is an important ingredients in Asian cuisine. Our dried anchovy (small size or fillet) can be deep fried or oven baked, and it will turns crispy. It can also stir fry together with vegetable to enhance the taste of cookings. It is also a main ingredient for many type of cooking paste including seafood paste, sambal chilli sauce, etc. Bigger size anchovy is used to make soup / stock.
