1.  Characters:

     22TPD small-scale unit, low investment and high efficiency, is a small complete set of equipment which can  produce continuously. It is the epitome of the big unit and the design is principle, operation is simple, maintenance is easy and covers little area. The main features are as followed:

1)     Four sets of mill can produce continuously and process the wheat 22 ton within 24 hours.

2)     The flour can be adjusted according to the market's requirement.

3)     The covering area: LxWxH=18x5.5x4(m)

4)     Power consumption low the state standard, the total power is: 59.9KW.

5)     The tempering tank includes three parts, the size of each tank is: LxWxH=2.5x2.5x3(m) (user provide for oneself).

 

 

2. The main technical targets:

1)   Output: process 22T wheat within 24 hours

2)    Extraction flour: when the quality of the wheat conform the stipulation of China GB1351 <wheat> the volume weight   is over 770g/L

Standard flour: 80-85%

3)   Quality of the flour: conform the stipulation of China GB1355 <wheat flour>

4)   Total power: 59.9KW, the voltage: 380V; 50HZ.

5)   Water content: add 2-3 percent water to the wheat according to the water content of raw wheat.

6)   Install adjustment: The customer can install and adjust the equipments by oneself. If needs our plant to guide install and adjust, the customer should send a invited letter to our plant, we can send 1 technicians and 1 linguistic to help install and adjust and the time of installing, adjusting is 10 days. The salary is 80USD per day per person. The workers can attend to the action of installing, adjusting. During the training, we also give the lesson to the workers.

7)   Terms of payment & date of delivery: 50% payment in advance, 50% before shipping.
