Pelletizing Kinds of Biomass Raw Materials

The pelletizing plant can process various kinds of biomass materials like wood log, branches, chips, sawdust, plam fibre, rice husk etc.

Wood Chipper

Wood chipper is a unique chipping machine to process wood branches and wood blocks into chips, and it is a good pretreating machine for pelletizing plant as well.

Hammer Mill

This series hammer mill can crusher various kinds of materials after chipping. Final will get the sawdust size less than 6mm for next step.

Pellets Cooler

Counterflow cooler ambient cooling-air flows vertically through the discharge-nechanism and the layer of pellets. The complete cooling system includes cooler,vibration sieve, air lock, cyclone and fan.

BPM series

With stainless steel ring die, Magnetism de-iron and cooling device. Capacity 500-800 kg per hour.

Pellets Packing Machine

If you want bagging the pellets after cooling for small bag 15 kg per bag you can use this machine.
