UQK-71 float ball liquid level gauge/indicator
General information
UQK-71 float liquid level controller is made of sensor and display controller.
It is widely used in the industries of petroleum, chemical, medicine, sewage treatment and so on for measuring the liquid in the open or the closed containers.
The structure of the sensor and the measuring principle
The liquid sensor is made of magnetic floating ball, measuring pipeline, flange(or thread or supporting board) and junction box.
There are many reed pipes and other elements in the measuring pipeline, when magnetic ball change the position up and down with the liquid level, the single will be transfer to the display controller by magnetic coupling.
Types of the sensor
According to the single nature of the sensor, can be divide three types
1. high power and single of the reed tubes output directly, like UQK-71G
2. low power and singe of the reed tubes output, like UQK-71K
3. analogue value output, like UQK-71M
