1. Q: Could i visit your factory?
A: Yes, We have a show room in CSC Center 1B38# Shuikou Town, Kaiping City. Factory locals in Heshan, Driving about 12mins from the show room.

2. Q: Could your factory PRINT our brand on the faucets?
A: Yes. We could Laser Mark customer’s logo on the faucet, Customers need to provide us a logo usage authorization letter to allow us to print.

3. Q: Do you have any Certification?
A: We have KTW,WARS,AS/NZS,NSF,ACS for Sedal Ceramic Cartridge.

4. Q: How is your factory production capability?
A: We can manufacture products up to 10000 pcs per month, work overtime for large order.

5. Q: What's the MOQ? How long is the delivery time?
A: for Trial order, could be several pcs or only 1pcs, for normal order, the MOQ is 100pcs. generally, the delivery time is about 30 days after deposit.
