Here the measure standard is to straighten the hair first and then get the size.

General Care:

The following provides general guidance for the human hair extensions.

As each individual product may vary, consult your hair stylist for specific instructions.

1.Wash and condition hair regularly.

2.Detangle hair gently before washing. Do not rub or twist hair.

3.Add mild shampoo to cool water and swish hair till clean. Rinse thoroughly.

4.Blot out excess water with towel and allow hair to dry naturally. Do not expose to sun.

5.Comb curly hair gently with your fingers from end to top. Do not brush.

6.Brush straighter hair in a downward motion straight with the ends. Work your way up to the roots.

7.Certain items should not be brushed. EG braids, DOME, ETC. Consult your hair stylist if in doubt.

8.Hair may tangled if general care directions are not followed properly.

 

FAQ:

1.Question: Why the colors of hair extensions do not seem exactly as the pictures show or descrition says?

Answer: Different monitors have different displays. And every time, maybe the same color model will have a little color differentia. Please ask a help from the hair dresser for the colors code as the international color swatch says. At the same time, there will be a little color differentia because of different batches.

2.Question: Can they be straightened, curled, waved?

Answer: Our hair can be straightened, curled, waved. Please treat them as if they are your owns. Use a flat iron/straightener or tongs, even when fitted, but as with your own hair, never use hot tools too often as you could dry the hair and it will not last as long.

3.Question: Can I dye color the hair?

Answer: Yes. The hair can be colored. As a general rule it is easier to darken the hair than to lighter the hair. We highly recommend having your hairdresser dye the extensions as you will get the results you want, coloring them yourself always poses a high risk of not coming out the shade you want. If you can not get to a salon, always use a good quality hair dye and test a small sample first.

4. Question: Can I wash & blow-dry the hair etensions?

Answer: You can wash them as you like. Shampoo and conditioner. Our hair can not be attached to your scalp and can not get oils, We also recommend using a hair treatment on them every few weeks. Using a treatment/hair mask will need to wash your extensions too much, about every 3 weeks. The extensions can be blow-dryed on low setting, but it is not recommended to do it too often. The best way is that your hair extensions dry naturally after washing them.

5. Question: How many pieces Hair for one head?

Answer: Normally 3packs are enough for a full head, at most 5packs. You can always use the leftover hair next time.

6. Question: Why are my hair extensions getting tangled?

Answer: Your Hair Extensions can be tangled due to dryness, oil & dirt build-up, salt water, chlorine and not combing (wide tooth comb) out your hair daily.

Make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Use hydrating drops or consult your stylist for more help.

If tangled, please brush your hair extensions from the bottom to top bit by bit as like the follow picture.

7. Question: How long does it last?

Answer: This hair can last for a very long time depending on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it for it to last longer.
