Machine Features:

1. Compact and reasonable design for the structure, save space, easy to install.

2. PLC program controller: automatically adjust ice thickness, automatically match the change of ambient temp, automatically supply ice making water, no need for manual adjustment.

6. High Production Capability. The production of our cube ice machine can reach 90% to 95% in summer. When the environment temperature is below 23°C, the production of our cube ice machine can reach 100% to 130%.

7. The cube ice is safe to eat. As to the material of cube ice machine, we use 304 stainless steel for the frame and outer shell plate and use Nickel-plate Brass material for producing ice maker (ice molds). The whole process of cube ice reaches the international standard for hygiene. So the cube ice is safe to eat.

8. Greatly save energy, only 80-85kW.H power is consumed to produce one ton ice. But other factory's small cube ice machine which has the daily capacity of several hundred kilograms, their average power consumption is above 130-140KW.H for producing 1 ton ice. Our large cube ice machine will save you a large amount of cost in power.

9. The whole processing is automatic and it can reduce your cost in manpower.
