1. Description

Fried snack food machinery is for pellet and chips producing by single-screw extruder. The raw material can be potato starch, corn starch, cassava starch, wheat flour, etc. through extruding cooking. The pellet can be different shapes like shell, spiral, square tube, circle tube, and so on. After drying the pellet need frying to get expanded.

2. Products:This line can be used to produce Doritos chips, snacks, bugle snacks, fish shape snacks, sticks and so on fried snacks with different shapes by adjusting the moulds from extruder and using different shaping machines after double screw extruder;

 3. Capacity: 150kg/h, 240kg/h
