1. Description

 

Fried snack food machine uses corn flour or wheat flour as raw material, after double screw extruder then through many roller pressing, or using different types of cutter to get different shapes, and then through frying let them inflating, then flavoring to get good taste leisure food. This line is reasonable design and easy operation.

 

2. Products:This line can be used to produce Doritos chips, snacks, bugle snacks, fish shape snacks, sticks and so on fried snacks with different shapes by adjusting the moulds from extruder and using different shaping machines after double screw extruder;

 

 3. Capacity: 150kg/h, 240kg/h

 

 4. Flow chart:

5. Voltage in China: Three phases: 380V/50Hz, Single phase: 220V/50Hz, we can make it according to customers' Local voltage according to different countries
