The galvaning line adopts the USS technology/method, the most advanced and widely used process in the world. It has functions of annealing and deoxidizing, galvanizing, skin passing, and withdrawal straihtening with an annual productivity of 150,000 metric tons. The incoming materials are SPCC, SPCD, and FH cold-rolled hard coils, the specifications of which are 0.2-2.0mm×800-1350mm. The designed maximum speed is 120m/min. The line has an overall length of 209.5m.

Coils are coated using advanced technology into large spangles, normal spangles, and zero spangles. An anti-fingerprint finishing device is integrated there in to produce smooth spangles and anti-fingerprint stips. The coating thickness is 60-275g/ m²  depending on customers requirements. Products are made by annealing and deoxidizing, galvanizing, skin passing, and withdrawal straightening, and finally passivating(or oiling), confirming to GB2518-88 standard.

With different materials and under different processing settings, the line can produce superior products for bulding materials, home appliances, automobile plates and frames of air conditioners, refrigerators, and the like.
