1.Description
DWT Series Dryer for Vegetable Dehydration is special equipment researched and developed on the basis of traditional net belt dryer. 2.Application
It can meet to dry different vegetables such as, root, halm, leaf, tuberous root, big granule and produce in batch. Mean-while it can maintain content of nutrition, color,etc of vegetable in most extent.
The type raw materials are garlic, cushaw, giantarum,white turnip,yam,bamboo shoot,capsicum, onion,apple,etc.
3.Principle
· The dryer for vegetables dehydration consists of feeder.,drying bed,heat exchanger,damp exhaust fan,etc.
· When operation,air will be entered into the dryer and heated through heat exchanger.Being adapted scientific and reasonable cycle method,the hot air will pas through raw materials to be dried on the bed and carry out uniform heat exchange.Under the action of cycle fan,the hot air stream inside each unit of the dryer will carry out hot air cycle.Final air with low temperature and high damp will be out.The whole drying process with stably and high effect will be finished.

Notes:When make fed table,middle table and discharge table with same specification mentioned above in series for use,it can form the process requirements of production line for vegetables dehydration and raise the output obviously and guarantee the quality of products effectively.
The height of equipment does not include the height of fan and air duct.
5.Attentions to Order
(1). Name of liquid materials, nature, solid content (or moisture content), viscosity, surface tension, PH value.
(2). Volumetric weight after drying, allowable residue moisture, granularity, allowed high temperature.
(3). Production, total shift hours per day.
(4). Available energy resource and volume of steam, power supply capacity, available volume of coal, oil and steam.
(50. Control requirement: if inlet and outlet temperature are needed automatic controlled.
(6). Requirement of powder collection: if bag collector is needed to install, environmental requirement of tail gas.
