Introduction:

PY-Series Motor grader is suitable for large-scalel and leveling in foundation constructions. Our hydraulic motor graders can be used for ditching /grading / slope scraping/ bulldozing/ ripping/ virgin land scarifying and snow-removing etc., which is modernized construction equipment of multi –functions and high-efficiency for high-class highway, railway, airport, harbors, dams, industrial ground and farmland.

Main Features

1. Cummins Famous brand diesel engines turbocharged and water-cooled with reliable and powerful performance feature energy.

2. Torque converter and power-shift gearbox introduced from GERMANY ZF inc. are integrated together. Six forward gears and three backward gears meet various requirements during machine’s working and transporting.

3. Driving axle with integrated free-wheel anti-slip differential and strong roller chain drive tandem case, Boxed oscillated steering front axle with leaned wheels.

4. Popular working mechanism with pendulum-arm connecting rod structure, Standard equipped free-maintenance rolling-plate circle device. Double cylinders of the blade tip control can adjust the cutting angle depending on soil quality.

5. Flexible hydraulic control system with two sets of HUSCO five way control valve, Imported hydraulic equalizing valve for the blade lifting, Patent hydraulically –operated pin drawing device is designed firstly in board.

One 40HQ will be expected, and the cabin should be removed during shipment.

below is the process of loading per our experience since export.

1) take off the cabin from grader

in order to fit the height of the container and put it aside the machine.

please note,the Cabin is very simple to install on,just need some nuts work,and the A/C is type of nested,it is controlled by engine,so there is not much electric line work involved.

2) just take off the 2 front wheels,change to the small iron wheels,then driver drive it into the container meanwhile the floklift truck lift the rear part of the grader when loading into and out from the container

(we use this way mostly,that can save much money to use crane in loading)
