A: There are 2 cases—

1. Our existing samples--1 day. 

2. Customized samples--5 days

9.Q: How about the sample cost. Is it refundable?

A: Will be refunded after order confirmed.

10.Q: About sample sending cost

A: it comes to 2 cases--

1. You send us your freight collect account (UPS, DHL, FEDEX, SF), It's more expensive.

2. You paid us freight cost,  It’s cheaper.
