Q: What are your payment terms?

A: We usually accept below payment terms:

    1.30% deposit by T/T, 70% Balance before shipment

    2. 30% deposit by T/T, balanced to be paid by sight L/C.

    3. 100% L/C

A: Our usual FOB port is Ningbo or Guangzhou.

Q: What your usual Trade Terms?

A: Our usual Trade Terms are FOB / CFR / CIF / EXW.

Q: What's your delivery time?

A: Our usual delivery time is about 25-30 days. It’s depends on the quantity.

A: There are 2 cases—

    1. Our existing samples--1 day.

    2. Customized samples--5 days

Q: How about the sample cost. Is it refundable?

A: Will be refunded after order confirmed.

Q: About sample sending cost

A: it comes to 2 cases--

    1. You send us your freight collect account (UPS, DHL, FEDEX, SF), It’s more expensive

    2. You paid us freight cost,  It’s cheaper
