We have a wide range of products covering our customers’ different needs, such as general purpose varnish, high gloss varnish, and high abrasion and blocking resistance varnish, high surface slippery and ant slippery varnish, matt varnish, anti-seam broken varnish, polishing varnish, blister varnish and water based UV primer. We can also tailor made our products to suit our customers’ specific requests.

 

All products pass SGS testing, and comply with ASTM F963-11,CPSIA 108,EN71-3,RoHS,Canada Consumer Product Safety Act,MATTEL QSOP 3600,HASBRO SRS 018/046/082,SONY SS-00259 standard, etc.

Technical specification

Amount of coating: Recommended 4~6 g/m2

Drying condition: 80~135 °C

Instruction procedures: On-line printing or off-line processes

Solvent: Recommended to directly use water-based varnish. In case the viscosity of the varnish is too high, please dilute the varnish with less than 5% of water or the mixture of water and IPA (1:1).
