Introduction of Calcination rotary kiln:
Calcination rotary kiln is a rotary calcining kiln (commonly known as rotary kiln), belonging to the class of building materials equipment. Rotary kiln according to the materials handling can be divided into cement kiln, metallurgy chemical kiln and lime kiln, the ceramsite rotary kiln, rotary kiln of ceramic sand, magnesium metal, rotary kiln, chemical rotary kiln.
Range of applications:Calcination rotary kiln heating thermal processing equipment, bulk or materials are widely used in cement and building materials, nonferrous metallurgy,ferrous metallurgy, refractory, chemical raw materials, and paper industries.
Calcination rotary kiln product features:
1 Supported devices: the use of advanced spindle structure, set up automatic temperature measurement devices and electric heating devices and liquidity support are also available for selection.
2. The block device: divided into mechanical wheel and hydraulic thrust block round two categories. The hydraulic block device equipped with advanced hydraulic control system.
3. The gear: with a single drive or dual drive. DC motor or frequency conversion timing motor speed control, reliable, energy efficient operation.
4. Round cylinder with a plate: the wheel taken off the plate fixed, adjustable and floating plate, with a simple structure, convenient maintenance or replacement, the Convicting replace them not to hurt the cylinder and so on.
5.Seals a variety of sealing the form of alternative: according to the type of kiln design. Cylinder compression seal, spring-loaded face seal, graphite block sealing hammer spring graphite block sealing, ichthyosis piece labyrinth seal, axial labyrinth seal and the combination of the above-mentioned forms of sealing, which is characterized by cylinder traverse and swing adaptable, and good sealing effect.
6.Kiln hood: divided into fixed and movable.
rotary kiln design should meet the following requirements:
1,The specification of the rotary kiln should meet the demand of burning system output and it should be determined comprehensively combining the raw materials or fuel condition and the configuration situation of the preheater,decomposition furnace and the cooling machine.
2,The proportion of preheater kiln and pre-decomposing furnace(L/D) had better to be 11-16.
3,The slope of preheater and decomposition furnace should be 3.5%-3.5%; In the terms of rotation speed, the decomposition furnace should be 3.0-3.5 r/min and the preheater should be 2.0-2.5 r/min. The speed changing range should be1:10.
4,The cooling of rotary kiln burned into cylinder should adopt forced air cooling.
5,The main motor of rotary kiln should adopt stepless variable speed motor and should be installed auxiliary transmission and emergency power supply. .
