to the cover. Locking can be performed by snapping the cover.

Easily locked due to its self locking feature.

Provides full security and prevents the cover from being

opened by unauthorised persons. Due to the fact that

the locking mechanism is integrated with the cover,

it does not  become deformed and is highly durable. The lock

 can be unlocked easily with its special key.

2-Locking system provided by means

of a bolt.

The locking /unlocking can be done using a special wrench.

Unlocking is performed by turning

the wrench clockwise and

locking is performed by turning the

wrench counter clockwise so far that

it can not be turned any more.

 

If  the locking is not done properly or due to the

vibrations and termal cycles in the areas open to the

traffic, the bolted systems can loosen. For that reason,

to assure the functionality of the locks, routine audit

and maintenance schedules should be applied. The

non functioning parts should be replaced during the

HINGE AND GASKET SYSTEMS

3/4 HINGE: By using single joint

hinge system allowing the

cover      to be opened 120° and dual joint hinge system  allowing the cover to be opened 180°, comfortable

working facility is ensured and problems like the

cover

falling on the working personnel are eliminated.

5- GASKET: With rubber gasket system sound

 pollution is

 prevented. In case of ventless products

it provides

sealing. For entrenched installation of the gasket

to the groove in order to prevent the gasket from

coming loose by itself , the groove is opened by means of

 turning lathe.
