  Floor spring installation steps:

  A.Draw lines and make floor spring pivot center and door-nip pivot coincide with each other.

  B.Drill holes on the floor according to the instruction.The sizes of the holes must tightly match the floor spring.

  C.Place the floor spring into the holes and position it.

  D.Raise the door leaf installed with door-nip,and insert the floor spring pivot into the hole of the door leaf.

  E.Adjust the screws at three directions.Make them vertical and the upper an lower pivot center coincide with each other.

  F.Adjust the speed of door closing.

  G.Put the decoration cover on the floor spring.

Used low temperature & resist freeze hydraulic pressure oil,keep the door smooth when it is -40 degree cold.

After special design,control the bearing of the spring hinge,lighten the strength when open and close the door

High strength and leak prevent configuration were used for extend the life of it.As it can avoid damage and oil leak by strength or strong wind from outside.

Cement box can be adjusted 5mm in length and 5mm in wide. Portrait adjust ±2 degree when calibrate zero site.It makes products easier to install.

1 piece sample is available. The cost and freight will be requested at first and it will return to your first order.

05.Q:What's the payment of your factory?

We accept T/T, L/C etc.(Generally 30% T/T in advance, balance T/T before delivery)
