Steel bar drawing:use the steel bar drawing machine reduce the larger diameter steel bar to the diameter of the nail you need, The set of the machines is a ideal equipment for drawing wire stock of high, medium and carbon steel,as well as copper, alumium, and alloy. The machines are widely used for drawing wire in the factories such as wire-steel factory,metal mesh factory and nail making factory etc.

 

Nail making: after drawing the steel bar and get the diameter you need, the steel bar can be send to the nail making machine through the automatic wire feeder. And you can get the semi-product( the nail without polishing)

 

Polishing:put the semi-product ( nail without polishing)into the polishing machine, and put the sawdust, paraffin, gasoline and other chemical material at the same time, the semi-product and other material will rub of one object or surface against another, and then you can get the final product the shining nails

 

Packing: you can pack the nails according to your need
