Production Methods

Storage
Keep in cool and dry place without sunshine. Any light will make the sake taste different. Therefore, most of the sake bottle is dark brown to avoid light.

1. After milling or polishing the rice down to the desired size, we HAND PICK only the best rice grains to make their sake with!
2. By removing the imperfect pieces they ensure that only the finest grains of rice are used to make their sake.
