     A: We are factory. We have 20 years manufacturing experience.

2. Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?

    A: Our factory is located in Chongqing(southwest of China). You can fly to      Chongqing jiangbei Airport. We are warmly welcome your kind visit!

3. Q: Can I get some sample?

      A: We are honored to offer you samples.

4. Q: What about the payment terms?

      A:  Usually, we accept T/T or L/C. 30% deposit first, 70% balance against the copy of  B/L.Or you can adopt Escrow by alibaba so that you will have a guarantee for payment if we do not send goods.

5. Q: How long for delivery?

    A: Usually, it takes 10-30 days after depositing, anyhow, it depends on the order details.

6. Q: What is the MOQ?

      A:  The MOQ is 1 set. More order quantity, lower price per set. 

7. Q: What about the warranty?

      A: 2 years warranty for whole products, except e-damage parts.
