    ZJ80W Series injection-plastic and energy-saving aluminum Sliding windows, because the width of aluminum window frame is 80mm, so it is called ZJ80W Series. Aluminum Windows are produced with international advanced technology of injection-plastic and bridge-cut aluminum. This series are the latest aluminum sliding windows system designed and developed with the customers’ requirement, for which we won several national patents. Based on the experiences of similar aluminum windows and improving technologies, we reduce materials use and improve the performance of the whole aluminum window, the main characteristics as following.

1. Heat insulation materials are PU which has low coefficient of heat transfer and good energy saving. Due to forming a plane structure of heat insulation parts and aluminum profiles, and special U-shape plastic as bottom track, thereby the face of window is very beautiful and reducing heat loss.

2. Bottom track is designed as step shape(low outside and high inside) with step shape design of bottom rail, which is better for water-resistant, reasonable structure, drainage unhindered, sealing performance. The aluminum widows are suitable for the coast areas with more rainstorms and typhoons. The sealing performance meet grade 4 of international standard.

3. The big pulleys are installed between bottom track and bottom rail. Compared with traditional special steel pulleys, it is easy to push and pull.

4. Good resistance wind-pressure performance. Double covers’ structure and strength interlocker are used between lead style and side jamb, wind-pressure resistance meet grade 5 of GB standard. Especially we changed the traditional interlocker(inside and outside) design into one interlocker only, which is convenient to place an order and rework for customers.

5. Double sealing structures designed are have a good airtight performance which meet grade 4 of international standard.

6. A good sound insulation performance reduces noise pollution to hurt the human, and creates a comfortable environment for life.

7. ZJ80W Series aluminum sliding windows can be fixed glass with the thickness 6+12A+6

8. Compared with other aluminum sliding windows, it has a higher performance of more cost-efficient and less material
