This machine is made for extruded forming and after-fired double-piece split tiles of high efficient and auto-splitting process instead of traditional manually splitting process. It has functions of auto splitting the double-piece split tiles to two parts and putting them facing up identically which is much helpful for the next checkout and sorting process. It droved by motors controlled by PLC adjusting different belt conveyors to work synchronously, through whole automatically working process including several steps of conveying tiles, splitting to two parts, conveying tiles forward and putting them facing up identically.
