When shares many advantageous and features with other TL extruders, what most of this type is its higher strength of green tiles, energy saving and comprehensive performance & cost ratio with casting-steel-structured machine body and each function unit. Thanks to the unique design and special made key parts of the ultra-thick and high strength gear-reduction device and the L-size augers made of fine casting resistant quench alloy steel, the mixing & kneading unit can be synchronized with extruding & de-airing units and droved by only one single 37 kilowatts motor but powerful extruding force to push the mixed, being de-aired and extruded clay materials through multi-stage barrels steadily and speedily to the mould forming continuous column without noise and vibration, and ensures a stable & reliable use as well as easy to operate and change clay materials, and notable low charges for electricity, it’s up to 40% cut down of the electricity charges compared with the similar type. Through which when matched with TL extruding mould series, the high quality of different styles of extruded products are made. Since the augers are made of special alloy steel, they are tested to support 3 times longer of the period of service life compared.
