We monitor the quality continuously from material choice to the final packaging in order to deliver zero-defect products. 

We test the paste syringe for the required sealing properties, dimensions and functionality in our own laboratory.

How to test the sealing property of plastic paste syringes ?

1. Fill some water to the syringe and vent the air .

2. Add 30N pressure to the syringe for 40S by use of

     the sealing tester.

3. The sealing property is excellent if there is no water 

    leak from syringe during 40 second.
