In general, WNS series 3 PASS team boiler is suitable for the steam capacity from 0.5ton to 20ton.If need more

big steam capacity,need to use double drum steam boiler.

 About pressure,pls tell us the actual pressure you need,

 the common type pressure have 4bar,7bar,10bar,13bar,16bar,20bar....

3.What's the boiler fuel? 

WNS series steam boiler fuel can choose natural gas, diesel oil(light oil), heavy oil, LPG,dual fuel.

4.Which burner our boiler use?

In general, our boiler use Italy famous brand BALTUR BURNER, RIELLO NURNER.

But customers also can customized special burner,too.

4.Which spare parts about the boiler?

Boiler body,Burner,Feed pump,water softer,ecomomizer(used for big steam capacity boiler),

What's the specifications of fire tube boiler?                          

1.The structure of the boiler adopts corrugated furnace three return back wet type internal combustion boiler and shell fast loading type boiler.

2.Burner using imported Italian famous brand Baltur burner.

3.Automatic electric control cabinet made by Nanjing Ren Tai(Famous brand of China).

4.Boiler body adopts horizontal internal combustion three return back wet type shell structure. 

5.Apply to burn natural gas, light oil, and biomass alcohol-based fuel.

6.Inside the furnace adopt high efficient and heat transfer enhancement threaded pipe.

7.Three return design, flue gas flow long, exhaust smoke temperature is low, high thermal efficiency.

8.In the front of the furnace equiped Italy baltur burner.Fuel is burned in the front of the furnace ,the high temperature smoke gas after burning

flow into smoke tube bundles and the former smoke box through furnace shifted back into the combustion chamber ,then flow into back through

smoke tube bundles enter into back smoke box and chimney,then exhaust to air.
